CREATOR MONETIZATION SYSTEM

Your audience is ready. Your content is good. Your engagement is real. The only missing piece is the infrastructure to turn that into revenue. And that's exactly what we do.

THE HONEST CONVERSATION:
WHATYOUACTUALLYGET
01
We Build the Product Architecture
Most creators think “product” means a course—it doesn’t. A product is whatever your audience will buy: a membership, coaching, digital assets, or a mix. We figure out the right one for you, then fully design it—structure, content, delivery, and customer journey. Not templates or ideas—complete architecture.
02
We Write All the Copy
Sales page, email sequences, landing pages, objection handling, CTAs. All of it. Conversion-optimized, positioned specifically for your audience. You review and approve, but we're doing the writing. Your audience hears your voice, but the conversion mechanics are ours.
03
We Set Up the Complete Funnel
Discovery → Interest → Consideration → Purchase → Delivery. Every touchpoint is designed. Every email is sequenced. Every page is optimized. The funnel doesn't require you to manage individual customers; it's automated.
04
We Configure All Systems
Payment processing set up, email automation running, platform ready for access and delivery, onboarding handled, and analytics in place so you can see what’s working in real time.
05
We Execute the Launch
We don't hand you a launch plan and say "execute this." We execute it. We manage the sequence. We monitor conversions. We optimize daily. You show up to promote; we handle the operations.
06
We Optimize for Revenue
Launch day isn't the end. We analyze every metric (open rates, click rates, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost). We identify what's working and what's not. We optimize the funnel based on real data. Revenue improves daily during the launch phase.
07
We Transition to Evergreen
After launch, the product doesn't need you to keep launching. We set up evergreen sequences so the product sells itself. New prospects get the same sales sequence. Revenue continues without active promotion.

Working against the clock?
Good. We thrive under pressure. Let's talk about your project and build a plan that meets your deadline without cutting corners.
How do I know this will actually work for my niche?
We've worked across 15+ niches. Fitness, music, fashion, business, tech, design, sports, education, health, and more. The monetization principles are universal—they change based on audience psychology, not niche. That said: in Phase 1 (Diagnosis), we validate before we build. We look at your audience engagement, market demand, and competitive landscape. If we see low demand or poor engagement, we'll tell you honestly. We won't build a product nobody wants.
What if my audience doesn't want to buy?
This is rare (<5% of cases), but here's what happens: Phase 1 diagnosis includes audience validation (we look at comments, DMs, engagement patterns) If we see no demand signal, we tell you upfront If we see demand but the launch underperforms, we optimize: Adjust the positioning Change the messaging Test different price points Revise the offer If none of that works, we have a conversation about pivoting to a different product type or timeline. But this is rare. When we take someone on, we're confident.
Do I really not have to do anything except promote?
Correct for the build phase (Phases 1-2). We're doing all the work. For the launch phase (Phase 3), you need to show up: Send out promotional emails (we write them) Make 2-3 social posts (we provide the copy) Be available for customer questions Promote naturally to your audience That's 10-15 hours during launch week. After that, the product runs on autopilot (evergreen sequences handle sales).
What if I can't commit 30 days?
Then we're probably not the right fit. The 30-day timeline requires: 2 hours for diagnosis calls 5-8 hours for reviews and approvals during build 10-15 hours during launch week Total: ~30 hours over 4 weeks If you can't find 30 hours over a month, this partnership won't work well.
Can I negotiate the revenue split?
Yes. The 20-40% range is typical, but depending on: Complexity of the product Size and engagement of your audience Our confidence level Your willingness to commit ...we might do 60/40, 70/30, or 80/20 splits. We discuss this on the discovery call. The split is negotiable, but it's not arbitrary. It reflects the work we're doing + the risk we're taking.
What happens after 30 days?
You have options: Go independent: We hand you everything (product, funnels, documentation, assets). You run it yourself. No ongoing partnership. Keep us for optimization: You pay a small retainer ($1,500-$3,000/month) and we continue optimizing, finding scale opportunities, and helping with new products. Build a second product: You launch a second revenue stream (another 30-day cycle, same 70/30 split). Build a hybrid funnel: We expand from one product to multiple products working together (eBook → Course → Coaching). Most creators choose option 2 or 3 because the system is working and they want to keep growing.
What if the launch is slow? Do you charge me anyway?
We're not charging you anything upfront. We only make money when revenue comes in. If the launch is slow, we: Analyze why (positioning, offer, audience readiness) Make adjustments (optimize copy, change messaging) Keep optimizing until it works We have skin in the game. We won't abandon you if things start slow. We're invested in making this work because our revenue depends on it.
Do you handle customer support after launch?
We set up the systems and templates for support (FAQ docs, onboarding sequences, support ticketing). You manage day-to-day customer questions. If you want us to handle customer support, that's an add-on service (additional fee). But for most creators, customer support is a good problem to have—it means people are buying.
What if I want to change the product halfway through?
We can pivot, but the faster you make the decision, the better. If you want to change in Phase 1 (Days 1-5): No problem. We pivot immediately. If you want to change in Phase 2 (Days 6-17): We can pivot, but you lose some build time. Might push launch to day 35 instead of day 30. If you want to change in Phase 3 (Days 18-30): You're asking for a major change late in the process. We'll discuss whether it's possible. The moral: Think through your product decision in Phase 1. That's what it's for.
Can you help me grow my followers too?
We specialize in monetization, not growth. We work with the audience you already have. That said: launching a product often naturally grows your audience. New customers become followers. People discover your product and follow you. So while we're not actively growing followers, the monetization launch often has that side effect. If you need help with growth, you need a growth strategist. We're the monetization specialist.
How do I know the revenue numbers are accurate?
Full transparency. You have access to: Stripe dashboard (all transaction data) Payment reports we generate monthly Customer list and purchase records Email metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) You can audit anytime. We don't hide anything. Monthly payments are automatic—your split goes straight to you.
Can I do this if my niche is oversaturated?
Yes. The key is positioning and audience trust. If your niche is oversaturated, the advantage isn't being the only option. It's being THE option for YOUR specific audience. Example: There are thousands of fitness courses. But YOUR 18K followers don't want a generic fitness course. They want YOUR specific approach, YOUR implementation style, YOUR community. We position around that difference. Saturation matters less than differentiation.
What if I want to launch multiple products at once?
Not recommended. Our system is built for sequential launches (one product at a time). Reasons: Focus: You can't promote two products simultaneously with equal effort Learning: Build one, learn from it, build the next better Compounding: Existing customers upgrade to new products Best practice: Launch product 1 (month 1-3), optimize it, then launch product 2 (month 4-6). But if you insist on multiple simultaneous launches, we can discuss it. It would require more of your time and attention.
How much should I charge for my product?
We recommend pricing based on: Your niche (B2B commands higher prices than B2C) Your positioning (premium positioning justifies higher price) Market benchmarks (what's already selling in your space) Your audience (what can they afford to spend?) In Phase 1, we analyze your market and recommend a price point. Most of the time, creators are underpricing. We push them higher. Higher prices also filter for serious buyers.
What if I want to keep some revenue upfront instead of the split?
We can discuss hybrid models (small upfront fee + lower revenue share). But this is rare. Reason: The revenue share model is the strongest for you. It means: Zero financial risk We're motivated to make you money Aligned incentives If you want to pay upfront, you can hire any agency
